Dissolve 82.5g Glucose monohydrate in adults (equivalent to 75g anhydrous glucose) / 1.92 g / Kg body weight in children (not exceeding 82.5g) in 300 mL water. Administer orally over a period of 5 minutes. Collect post glucose sample exactly after 2 hours. Overnight fasting is mandatory. Ship refrigerated or frozen. Urine Specimens NOT REQUIRED.
